 ทาทา มอเตอร์ส (ประเทศไทย) เปิดตัวโครงการ สานฝันปันอาชีพ ส่งเสริมการสร้างอาชีพแก่เยาวชน และผู้ด้อยโอกาส มอบอุปกรณ์การเรียน และเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ แก่สถาบันการศึกษาและหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ ตามเจตนารมณ์ของ กลุ่มทาทา ในการสร้างสรรค์สังคม ควบคู่การดำเนินธุรกิจ เพื่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน
นายอาจิต เวนคาทารามัน ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท ทาทา มอเตอร์ส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด กล่าวว่า "ทาทา มอเตอร์ส มีปณิธานในการช่วยยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในสังคม โดยเน้นในด้านการประกอบอาชีพ การศึกษา สุขภาพ และสิ่งแวดล้อม เราตระหนักว่า การศึกษาเป็นพื้นฐานสำคัญของความสำเร็จในการประกอบอาชีพ และการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมั่นคงในอนาคต จึงได้เริ่มโครงการ สานฝันปันอาชีพ มาตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน 2553 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความช่วยเหลือสถาบันการศึกษา หรือองค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมทักษะด้านอาชีพ แก่เยาวชนและผู้ด้อยโอกาสในสังคม"
โครงการนี้มุ่งส่งเสริมการสร้างอาชีพแก่เยาวชน และผู้ด้อยโอกาส โดยการจัดหาอุปกรณ์การเรียน โดยเฉพาะเครื่องมือเครื่องใช้ ที่จำเป็นต่อการฝึกทักษะอาชีพต่างๆ อาทิ คอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องเชื่อมไฟฟ้า ดิจิตัล มัลติมิเตอร์ เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้เพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญ จากการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง โดยก่อนให้ความช่วยเหลือทุกครั้ง จะมีการศึกษาความต้องการของแต่ละสถาบันการศึกษา หรือแต่ละองค์กร เพื่อให้ทราบถึงความต้องการที่แท้จริง และสามารถจัดหาอุปกรณ์ หรือให้ความช่วยเหลือได้อย่างตรงจุด และเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ผู้เรียน เพื่อการนำความรู้ที่ได้ ไปประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต |

ที่ผ่านมา โครงการ สานฝันปันอาชีพ ได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่หลายหลักสูตรอาชีพของสถาบัน และมูลนิธิต่างๆ 22 แห่งใน 3 ภูมิภาค อาทิ ภาคกลาง ที่ วิทยาลัยการอาชีพสระบุรี, โรงเรียนพระดาบส กรุงเทพมหานคร และ โรงเรียนอาชีวะพระมหาไถ่ พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี
ภาคเหนือ อาทิ ศูนย์พัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน และ ศูนย์ฟื้นฟูอาชีพคนพิการหยาดฝน จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ศูนย์พัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน และ ศูนย์ฝึกอาชีพสตรี จังหวัดเชียงราย
ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ อาทิ วิทยาลัยสารพัดช่างอุดรธานี, สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน ภาค 6 จังหวัดขอนแก่น นอกจากนี้ในปีนี้ ทาทา มอเตอร์ส ยังได้เตรียมให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่สถาบันการศึกษา และหน่วยงานด้านการฝึกอาชีพอีก 12 แห่งภายในปลายปีนี้
"ทาทา มอเตอร์ส มีความตั้งใจที่จะดำเนินธุรกิจในฐานะผู้ผลิตรถยนต์ในประเทศไทยควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างสรรค์สิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม และเราจะดำเนินโครงการ สานฝันปันอาชีพ อย่างต่อเนื่องในระยะยาว เพื่อกระจายความช่วยเหลือไปยังหน่วยงานต่างๆ ทุกภูมิภาคของไทยอย่างทั่วถึง เราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่า โครงการนี้จะช่วยส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการสร้างอาชีพสร้างรายได้ เพื่ออนาคตที่ดีของเยาวชน และผู้ด้อยโอกาสในสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน" นายอาจิต กล่าวทิ้งท้าย

Tata Motors (Thailand) launched its 'San Fan Pan Acheep' scheme to boost young people’s chances of finding employment. It is part of the Tata Group’s commitment to contributing to social benefit and sustainable living while conducting its business in Thailand. The programme aims to help young and underprivileged people by providing teaching and training equipment to educational institutions throughout Thailand.
“Tata Motors Thailand is committed to raising the standard of life by focussing on employment, education, health and the environment,” said Ajit Venkataraman, Chief Executive Officer of Tata Motors (Thailand). “We realise that education is fundamental to success at work and security in life. Consequently, we started San Fan Pan Acheep in April 2010 to provide assistance to organisations concerned with education and vocational training for young people and the underprivileged.” |

Tata San Fan Pan Acheep aims to build up the employment potential of the young and disadvantaged by providing learning materials and equipment such as computers and welding machines and digital multimeters to learning institutions throughout the country. They will then enable the young people to improve their knowledge and ability through hands-on experience. Research into the requirements of each organization will be carried out first to ensure that the aid material precisely meets the organization’s needs for the optimum benefit of the learners.
The San Fan Pan Acheep programme has already contributed vocational aid to 22 insitutions in the Central, Northern, and Northeastern regions of Thailand. It has included Saraburi Industrial and Community College, Phra Dabos Foundation Bangkok, the Redemptorist Vocational School for People with Disabilities in Chonburi, Chiangmai Centre for Skill Development, Yardfon Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Chiangmai, Chiangrai Centre for Skill Development, Chirangrai Vocation Training Centre for Women, Udonthani Polytechnic College, and Khon Kaen Institute of Skill Development. Tata is now preparing to give assistance for twelve more organizations by the end of this year.
“While conducting its business in Thailand, Tata Motors is dedicated to creating useful initiatives for Thai society,” said Ajit. “We shall continue the San Fan Pan Acheep programme far into the future, proving valuable assistance to organizations in all regions of the Kingdom.
